Justin is the Service Team Lead at Acucraft, where he plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth, supportive experience for customers by providing expert technical guidance, troubleshooting, and post-installation care. Originally joining Acucraft as a Service Advisor, Justin quickly proved his ability to lead with both knowledge and empathy, earning the trust of customers and colleagues alike.

In his current role, Justin oversees day-to-day operations for the Technical Support Team, helping maintain Acucraft’s commitment to world-class service and ensuring fireplace owners feel confident, informed, and well-supported. He’s known for his calm, solutions-first approach and his ability to translate technical issues into clear, actionable steps for customers and internal teams.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and their two dogs. He loves kicking back with an episode (or three) of The Office, hitting the golf course, or gaming with his family.
